I am pleased that you are visiting my website. Here you can find my music and the story about it. Just click on one of the small album pictures and listen. My music is also available on the most popular Internet music platforms and streaming services.
I am making "Christian independent music with drive". That means: My music was produced independently from any economic interests of the music industry. “Drive” means: Basically I'm a guitarist and I like to hit the strings a little harder and play the amplifier a little louder.
My music is free. Here on my website, anyone can listen to it without limitations. I got this music as a gift, although sometimes I struggled with rhymes, harmonies, sounds and rhythms. That's why I want to pass the music on without setting a price for it. If you like it, I would be very happy if you support my project. (Scroll down to see how ...)
The basis of this "sales model" is my belief in Jesus Christ. I believe that he uses music (among many other things) to get in touch with people, to comfort them or to encourage them. That is why my music should be freely available to everyone in the hope that God will make it shine for one or the other.
Kai Koch, happily married; I have two children and I am a development engineer. So I'm not forced to make a living from my music and that gives me a certain freedom and independence. I started making music when I was 17 years old. I bought my first electric guitar and had wild times afterwards. I have no regrets, I haven't missed anything, but I don't want that back either.
